Disclaimer: one of us was caught on Latvian border in summer of 2001 with 0.8959 g of marijuana. it there was more than 1 g, it would be a criminal offense. nonsense, that products of natural plant cannabis are still categorized as most dangerous drugs along with heroin or opiats. use of cannabis must be at least decriminalized! suck Latvian police and huge THANX to friends from Saldus and Kuldiga!
